When will my order be ready for local pickup?
Any orders placed before 3:00 pm CST, will be available for pickup between 1-2 hours after order has been placed. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.
When will my order ship?
All items offered by our local partners are ready to ship (RTS) and will ship out in 1-3 business days, weekends or holidays not included in this turnaround time (TAT).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be sure your address is correct BEFORE completing an order at checkout. Once order is placed, no changes can be made.
**Bella's Beauty Studios is NOT responsible for shipping to the incorrect address. We ship our orders to the address used at checkout.
What is our return policy?
